The Finnish prime minister has tested negative in a drug test she took after a video last week showed her partying with friends.
Sanna Marin, 36, said on Friday that she was taking the drugs test “for her own legal protection” after video of the “wild” party emerged on social media.
Speaking at a news conference in Helsinki, she defended her actions and insisted she had never used illegal drugs.
“I have today taken a drug test and the results will come within a week. Never in my life have I used drugs,” Ms Marin said.
Her office said on Monday: “No narcotics were found in the prime minister’s drug test.”
The prime minister was filmed playing to the camera and dancing with friends in social media clips on 18 August.
One of the people in the videos was accused of shouting out a euphemism for cocaine, according to Finnish site Illtalehti.
