A man accused of abducting a schoolgirl in the Scottish Borders earlier this month has now been charged with a series of sex offences.
Andrew Miller, 53, was last week accused of abduction and threatening or abusive behaviour.
Miller, also known as Amy George, now faces further charges, including the sexual assault of a young child and attempting to defeat the ends of justice.
At Selkirk Sheriff Court on Friday, Miller was also accused of being in possession of indecent images of children, sexual exposure and causing a young child to look at a sexual image.
Miller, of the Scottish Borders, made no plea to the charges and was remanded in custody.
His next court appearance is yet to be confirmed.
