Several people have been killed in a shooting in the northern German city of Hamburg.
Hamburg Police say shots were fired in a church the Groß Borstel district, according to initial findings.
The German news agency dpa said “several” people were dead and some injured.
Police said on Twitter that a large operation was under way in the city’s Alsterdorf district, in the northern part of the city.
