A suspect has appeared in court charged with the murder of a man whose body was discovered after a flat fire in West Dunbartonshire.
Charles Wilson, 40, was found with serious injuries and pronounced dead at the scene after emergency services were called to a blaze in Tontine Park, Renton, at around 7.25am on Saturday 25 March.
Police Scotland launched a murder investigation and at the weekend announced a 42-year-old man had been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.

Gary Meikle made no plea to the murder charge when he appeared at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Monday.
He has also been accused of attempting to defeat the ends of justice.
Meikle, of West Dunbartonshire, was remanded in custody and is due back in court within the next eight days.
