Police have made a second arrest and seized 15 dogs after a man was attacked by a dog and died in Leigh, police have said.
Jonathan Hogg, 37, was found by officers on Westleigh Lane in the Greater Manchester town with serious injuries shortly after 9.10pm on Thursday.
He was taken to hospital where he died in the early hours of Friday.
The 15 dogs were seized from two homes, Greater Manchester Police said.
A 22-year-old woman was also arrested on suspicion of money laundering.
Detective Chief Inspector John Davies said officers had “searched two houses and seized 15 dogs (six adults and nine puppies) believed to be the same breed as that which attacked Jonathan.”
