A new gravity-style mountain bike park has opened in the Scottish Highlands.
Cairngorm Mountain Bike Park features 3.4km of trails, with the longest descent at 1.4km.
The park – within the heart of the Cairngorms National Park – is family-friendly with different flow trails to suit individual abilities.
Aimed at beginners and younger children, the green trails have been designed to provide the perfect introduction to mountain biking.
Intermediate riders will enjoy the blue trails, while the red trails have been created for experienced thrill-seekers.
Two 100m conveyor belt uplifts will take riders to the top of the lower zone, where they can easily access the green and lower blue routes.
A purpose-built climb trail will take the more experienced riders to the top of the upper blue and red trails.
