A man has died and three others have been injured after fire ripped through a house in West Yorkshire,.
Emergency services were called to reports of a blaze in Finch Street, Bradford, just after 5.30am on Saturday morning.
The man was pulled from the property by firefighters and treated by paramedics but was pronounced dead at the scene, West Yorkshire Police said.
A second man, together with a woman and child, managed to escape and were taken to hospital for treatment.
Their injuries are not life-threatening, the force said.
