Three people have been stabbed in Liverpool in what police are calling a “shocking incident”.
Two men and a woman, all in their 30s, were taken to hospital after sustaining stab and slash wounds at a property in Toxteth.
They are being treated for serious injuries.
Merseyside Police is urging anyone with information to come forward.
The incident happened on Upper Warwick Street at around 1pm on Sunday.
Police said it appeared to be a “targeted attack” and that the suspect is known to the victims.

Chief Inspector Colin Dyer said: “This is a shocking incident that has left three people in hospital and we are determined to find the person responsible.
“If you witnessed this incident or have any CCTV or dashcam footage, please come forward as a matter of urgency.
“The local community will be concerned by this incident, but please be assured that we will be relentless in finding the person who carried out this attack.”
