Two women have been arrested after a man was seriously injured at a London underground station this morning.
The victim has been taken to hospital with what are believed to be life-threatening injuries that are consistent with being stabbed.
Police were called to an incident at Seven Sisters station in north London at 8.48am to reports of a serious assault.
Two women were arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent. One has also been further arrested on suspicion of common assault.
They remain in police custody and inquiries are ongoing.
