A woman has died after an explosion at a bungalow in Kent.
The blast happened at a property on Canterbury Road in Charing, near Ashford, on Thursday morning.
The woman was treated at the scene by ambulance crews who were called at 11.50am.
She was airlifted to Kings College Hospital in London but later died, according to South East Coast Ambulance Service.
The family dog was handed over to a vet after emerging from the rubble after the fire.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service is investigating what caused the explosion.
Five fire engines and a bulk water carrier were sent to tackle the blaze, the service added.

Police were alerted at 11.44am and helped at the scene, a Kent Police spokesman said, and are supporting the fire service investigation.
