A man has been charged over the death of a nine-year-old girl who was hit by a bus in southeast London.
Ada Bicakci died in hospital on 5 August last year, two days after the incident in Bexleyheath.
Martin Asolo-Agogua, 23, from Nunhead, south London, who was driving the bus, was charged on Thursday with causing death by dangerous driving and causing death by careless driving when under influence of drink or drugs, the Metropolitan Police said.
He was also charged with driving while over the drug limit.
Asolo-Agogua has been bailed and is due to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on 24 March.
Ada’s brother, five, was also involved in the collision and taken to hospital as a precaution.
