The man accused of murdering a mother and her two daughters in a flat fire in Nottingham has been denied bail after appearing in court.
Jamie Barrow, 31, appeared at Nottingham Magistrates’ on Friday morning.
He is charged with the murders of Fatoumatta Hydara, 28, and her children Fatimah Drammeh, three, and Naeemah Drammeh, one, after a fire at their flat in the Clifton area of Nottingham in the early hours of 20 November.
Mr Barrow spoke only to confirm him name and address.
Adjourning the case, district judge Leo Pyle told Barrow: “All three allegations you face have to be heard at the crown court and accordingly I am sending all three of these matters to the Nottingham Crown Court.”
He was remanded in custody and will appear again on Monday.
