A man and a woman have been arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a baby in east London.
Police found the body of the infant at an address in Havering, at around 7.40pm on Tuesday.
The death is being treated as “unexpected” and is under investigation, the Metropolitan Police said.
The man and woman were arrested at the scene and are now being held in custody.
A crime scene remains in place at the address as police carry out inquiries.
