A pedestrian who was in a collision with a cyclist near the Scottish Parliament has died in hospital.
The 66-year-old woman was fighting for her life following the crash on Horse Wynd in Edinburgh at around 10.40am on Tuesday.
The woman died at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh on Friday.
Police Scotland said the 20-year-old male cyclist was also taken to hospital to be checked but was later discharged.

Sergeant Jill Kirkpatrick said: “Our thoughts are with the family of the woman at what is a difficult time for them.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
