A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a 31-year-old in South Lanarkshire.
Emergency services were called to an address in Braxfield Terrace, Lanark, at around 10pm on 4 October.
Christopher McMahon was pronounced dead at the scene.
Stephen Kelly was arrested and charged in connection with Mr McMahon’s death.
The 27-year-old, from Carluke, appeared at Lanark Sheriff Court on Monday charged with murder.

He was remanded in custody until his next court appearance.
