Wayne Couzens will be charged with two more exposure offences, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has said.
The charges were authorised by CPS following a referral of evidence by Metropolitan Police.
The two alleged offences took place in June 2015 and November 2020, the service said.
“The function of the CPS is not to decide whether a person is guilty of a criminal offence, but to make fair, independent and objective assessments about whether it is appropriate to present charges to a court to consider,” said head of the CPS Special Crime Division, Rosemary Ainslie.
The former police officer is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 2 September.
